What is the return policy?

Returns are acceptable within 15 days of shipping as long as they are uncut and not damaged.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order before it has been shipped. You can return the order if shipped or delivered to you within 2 weeks.

When will I recieve my order confirmation?

You will receive your order confirmation instantly.

How can I track my shipment?

We will share your tracking details with you via text or email.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Your should receive your order within 7-10 business days after ordering.

Who are the delivery partners?

We are partnered with UPS, Fedex, and USPS for all our deliveries.

What is the returns procedure?

In case you want to return an order, you can send it through any courier company of your choice.

Can I ship to a P.O box?

We do not have the facility to ship to a PO Box.

Do you have international shipping?

Yes, we do offer international shipping.

Do you have a minimum order quantity for shipping

Our minimum order quantity is 5 yards per SKU on fabrics and 8 yards ( one bolt) per SKU on Wall coverings.

What if the item I have ordered is out of stock?

We will give you a lead time for production of the fabric. If it is unsuitable to you then you can cancel the order or change the selection.
